Through our association with Cisco WebEx you can now schedule an online, one-to-one, private training session with Rick Thomas.

Right from the convenience of your own home or office, regardless of where you live around the world, you can have full access to our training, consulting, or counseling.

This type of consulting is a complete hands-on experience. Our facility is open 24/7, so we schedule when it is convenient for you. Any of our two-hour modules listed below, unless noted otherwise, are $95.00.

I need someone to talk to - Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Rick is available for you. Are you looking for counseling? Would you like to receive some advice about a personal matter? Perhaps you have church or business related questions and you need someone to confide in. You pick the topic and Rick will come to (via the Internet). Simply fill out the contact form below.

How do I start & sustain a ministry?

- You’ll receive an 18-page outline for this training. When you have completed this module, you will have a basic understanding of how to begin a ministry or business. How do I introduce a counseling ministry to the local church? - This training can unleash any church to do counseling/discipleship like never before. With this module you receive Rick’s personal 118-page training manual: How to Introduce a Counseling Mindset to a Local Church Where No Previous Ministry Existed. Because of the material involved, this module is $135.00 for the two-hour training. When you complete this course you will not only own Rick’s training manual, but you’ll have a practical plan on how to introduce counseling to your church.

How do I build a blog for my ministry or business? - When you complete this fast-paced, hands-on training with Rick you will have a fully functional website/blog. You will also know how to add more options and content to your website on a daily basis. Within two hours you will be global! Rick will walk you through the complete WordPress (WP) system. You’ll be able to manage all of your content from the administration page, while displaying a beautiful website to the world. The WP admin and website templates are free. Imagine: in two hours you can have your own personal blog fully functional and you’ll know how to run it!

Will you evaluate my ministry? - Some of the questions that will be answered during this training are: Am I qualified to lead a ministry? Do I have the business sense to sustain a ministry? Do I know and can I operate the tools necessary to market my business? Am I administratively gifted to run a business? Can I afford my own business? How do I build my network? And much more! For this module, Rick requires you provide your current marketing, business, and ministry strategies, which he will fully evaluate prior to your scheduled meeting.

Can I pick your brain about anything related to counseling? - Our most popular request is for personal coaching regarding counseling related issues. This is an open forum for you to bring your questions.

There is no limit to your questions and nothing is off-limits.

This is a private, personal, and practical time to work through any issues related to counseling, discipleship, counseling issues, the local church, leadership, ministry, business, and more. This is your time: go for it!

How do I set up a time?

If you would like to set-up a time to meet with Rick, here is what you do:

1. Contact him below to let him know what you would like to talk about.
2. Click our online payment gateway to pre-pay: all consultations are $135.00 and last for two-hours.
3. Once we receive your payment through our payment gateway, we will settle on a time that works with your schedule.
4. Rick will gladly walk you through how to prepare for your meeting.
