We arrived at the Millennium Hotel, checked in and all was cool. We got to room 1100 and something, swiped the door and opened.
What a surprise! There was another woman in the room. She was surprised as well.
The front desk was embarrassed, which they had no need to be. It was no big deal…after we figured out what was up.
I met the other Rick Thomas’ wife. There is another Rick Thomas in NANC.
The front desk checked me in and didn’t realize they had already checked the other one in so they checked us both into the same room.
I met his wife this afternoon…a bit surreal.
The “other” Rick Thomas used to be my prof. Him and his wife are great!!! I love them. Your situation was pretty hilarious. LOL
when we got to our room, there was a do not disturb sign in the door, so we avoided any awkwardness! we ended up in a different room, which also had a great view of the arch, tho from a lower veiwpoint than yours. i enjoyed chatting with Lucia, brief tho it was! be blessed, mo
The Conference was wonderful…it was great to connect with so many ,many wonderful people. So much to do and so little time. My thanks to “the other Rick Thomas and his wife” what fun….!!!!!cft
